It’s incredibly easy to learn, quick to set up, and packed with features, especially the free trial version. The AI-generated summaries and real-time notifications make it very useful for monitoring ad campaigns and brand mentions. It’s absolutely worth every buck. A great tool for marketers who want powerful insights without the overwhelm. **What do you dislike about Mentionlytics?** If there’s one thing to note, it’s that the tool takes a bit of time to update. You usually have to wait up to 24 hours to fully scan mentions. That said, it does get faster and more accurate with an upgrade. I also wish the mention cap was a bit higher and that it could pick up PR or news articles more consistently. Still, for the price and features, it’s a solid starter tool for insights and monitoring. **What problems is Mentionlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mentionlytics helps me stay on top of brand mentions and campaign performance without having to manually monitor multiple platforms. It solves the problem of fragmented social monitoring by bringing everything into one dashboard, with AI-generated summaries and notifications that save me hours of work. ### 2. As with most subscriptions you do need to tier up $$ to get all the features included. My review numbers of some of the features may appear low - I was not able to use those features, and on the survey there was no option to select a N/A button. So that is reflected in the results. **What problems is Mentionlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being the first to know when our brand is mentioned. Also allows us to preempt any negative feedback by allowing us to respond on forums where someone is talking about an experience at one of our properties. ### 3.
