Reporting is also very useful. **What do you dislike about Mentionlytics?** It is a little expensive, but it is so much more useful than cheaper software, so it is worth the price. **What problems is Mentionlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are doing a mix of media monitoring and social listening for various clients. ### 2. During this period, I contacted their customer service regarding functionality issues or additional service purchases. They were very patient and resolved the issues, for which I am very grateful. Additionally, in terms of social listening functionality, they have the most comprehensive collection and are a reasonably priced platform. **What do you dislike about Mentionlytics?** The minor drawback is that it cannot restrict keywords for social media platforms, so it will still collect the words. Sometimes, we don't want to collect live comments or giveaway comments from competitors, leading to the collection of too many irrelevant comments. You can only purchase additional mention quotas, but I believe the price for this additional purchase is reasonable. **What problems is Mentionlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to understand the volume and content of comments about competitors on social media. I think this is a great tool, and currently, no other tool collects data as comprehensively and reasonably priced as their ### 3. I quickly adapted and found the top mentioners straight away. Compared to other social media monitoring tools that I have tested this is by far the most user friendly. **What do you dislike about Mentionlytics?** The first page in the app presents too much information. I would suggest a simple overall view first. **What problems is Mentionlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to address negative social comments and articles (crisis management in general) in the pharmaceutical sector. Since we have been using mentionlytics we managed to respond on time. We have also utilised the very helpful hootsuite integration which makes posting and community management quite easy.
