mentalport is a leading health intelligence infrastructure designed for proactive psychosocial risk management and HR performance. It serves as a strategic control system for organizations to transform the legal requirement of mental health risk assessments (GBU Psyche) into a measurable competitive advantage. While many organizations offer isolated employee benefits, they lack a central steering logic and ESG-compliant reporting. mentalport fills this gap by identifying mental strain and turnover risks within the workforce before they result in costly absenteeism. Key features include a clinically validated AI-triage with a 97% immediate resolution rate and predictive workforce analytics. By aligning with international standards like ISO 45003, mentalport helps companies protect their payroll capital, typically achieving a 2x to 4x ROI by preventing avoidable costs of up to €9,000 per employee annually. It integrates seamlessly into modern, decentralized work environments (e.g., Microsoft 365) to ensure sustainable team productivity and leadership stability.
