Mental Glance is practice management software for psychiatrists and mental health clinics. It brings together clinical records, treatment, scheduling and the care team, and adds a pre-consultation report that the patient completes before the first visit and a daily mood check-in between visits. It is a support tool: it does not diagnose or recommend treatment. Clinical records are organized by progress note, with author and date. Treatment keeps its version history, each case has a timeline, scheduling is weekly by professional and location, and each patient has a care team. Professionals, front desk staff and administrators have separate roles: front desk staff manage scheduling, patient registration and invitations without access to anything clinical. Artificial intelligence has a single task: drafting summaries for the professional from results the system has already calculated. It never writes to the patient and receives no identifying data. Built in Uruguay and currently piloted at Centro Laube in Montevideo.
