What I like best about Mendeley is that both the online and offline versions work seamlessly and sync across devices without any problems. The installation package for PCs is very light and integrates readily with Microsoft Word. Also, the sync storage allowed is limited, and it is a little difficult to attach files to citations within the Software. These challenges made me switch to another tool.
