I love that Mend is full of features. My favorite is the ability to send mass messages to all of my clients, alert clients via text if I'm in session with another client while they wait, and the ability to see/know when someone is in the waitlisting area. The least helpful thing about Mend is the formatting of the notes section. When you type a note, all words become spaced together in the record even if you make spaces for separation while typing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
