Very simple to use and quick while at work, which helps my life greatly when in the middle of a busy clinic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mend?

Not being able to connect with a patient when wanting to go into a visit at the time I'm able to. It can be tough to navigate if the patient is late or doesn't know how to use it well and gets disconnected; I cannot get them back on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mend?

Connecting with the patient is quick and easy. You can customize the waiting area in order for the patients to have pertinent information needed for the appointment. I also like being able to share screens and give examples on video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are not many things about mend that I don't like. Of course with anything, if there is a poor connection then it takes a while to communicate what is necessary with the patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
