Their website has conflicting information that is misleading. The free trial is full featured so if you want what you trial you have to buy the maximum plan. You can't trial the lower plans.

At their most deceitful, they offer to connect any software, but they won't. When pressed they say they need to have 50 customers request an integration or they wont bother. They don't say this anywhere on their website. Their website repeatedly says they will integrate any you need. Unless your software is listed you have no future integration path and no API access.

The list price on G2 is in USD. They will only contract in Euro. They have a minimim quarterly payment. You find this our when you contract at the end of the trial period.

Although in the plan comparison, the phone integration doesn't include the iPhone connection to track your calls as a premium feature. It is only available on the premium plan.

First, let me say that I have been in the Graphic Design/Web Design World for over 30 years. I am terrible at time tracking, hate time tracking and just plain don't do it many days. Then trying to remember what I did when I finally go to enter time or create an invoice is a nightmare. I've been waiting for software to come along that automatically tracks time for me. I finally found it in Memtime. If you are like me and just hate to track time, you should definitely check this out. It truly does what it says it does. It really is set it and forget it. I can review a week ago, two weeks ago, etc. It really just works. I haven't dug too deeply into the Rules and Exceptions yet, but what I have done works well.

It is all very helpful, but it can be a bit confusing. I learn best by following along to videos, especially short videos. There is a lot to read through in the documentation. I would like it to be a bit more simplified, but even with no rules or exceptions, you can still see exactly what files, folders, websites, emails, etc. that you have touched at any point during the day. Memtime is incredibly easy to use. I don’tneed to think about starting anything. It tracks my work accurately, and I love that I can always make adjustments afterward. The automatic memory of everything I did during the day saves me so much time.

I also love how closely it integrates with Clockify. Ideally, I’d love to see all of Clockify’s features directly in Memtime, so I could rely on just one software. Right now, Clockify offers some similar options, but Memtime’s automatic tracking is far more seamless and detailed.
