I've been searching for a tool like this for quite some time! What I really appreciate is how it tracks my activity on my laptop, as well as my calendar events and phone calls. I often struggle to set aside uninterrupted time, and I frequently have to switch between billable work, administrative tasks, and then back to billable work for different clients. While I'm focused on problem-solving, I tend to lose track of time, which means I sometimes end up underreporting my billable hours. By the end of the day, I occasionally can't recall everything I've accomplished. Memtime has been fantastic in giving me clarity and making it much easier to accurately log my time. I would like to make Memtime accessible to all of my staff, but only some of us require the ability to track our phone time. I wish the system’s administration features allowed me to purchase different types of licenses for my small business. This way, those who need phone integration could have it, while those who don’t wouldn’t need to. As the business owner and IT manager, I’d also appreciate being able to manage everything from a single login. I know it’s possible to set up separate employee groups, but that solution isn’t ideal for my needs. Additionally, I’d like to see more data captured, such as details about emails reviewed or worked on—including the subject and people involved—or, for ChatGPT and browser sessions, information about the topics explored during a given period.
