"Boosts Meeting Productivity with AI-Powered Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I like how MemoriaCall goes beyond basic video conferencing by turning meetings into useful, searchable knowledge with features like automatic AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and action items, which save time on note-taking and make follow-ups easier. I appreciate the one-click, secure browser-based access with no downloads or complicated login steps. I also value how meeting history, files, notes, and chat are all stored in one organized place for easy reference later. The AI-generated transcripts and summaries ensure nothing important is missed and make it easy to review decisions or action items after meetings. Browser-based access allows anyone to join instantly without downloads or setup issues, keeping meetings smooth and stress-free. The features I use most include the AI transcripts, summaries, meeting recordings, and centralized meeting history, helping me quickly revisit key points, track decisions, and follow up on action items without rewatching entire calls. Having everything stored in one place makes my workflow more efficient and keeps projects moving smoothly. The initial setup of MemoriaCall was very smooth, with quick integration with my calendar and no complex configurations required. MemoriaCall offering a seamless experience with secure browser-based meetings and powerful AI-driven summaries genuinely improves productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

Overall the experience is solid, but a couple of things could be improved. The interface could be more intuitive in places, especially for organizing and navigating past meeting content. Sometimes the AI summaries and transcripts need a bit of manual cleanup for technical or nuanced discussions. Adding more advanced collaboration tools (like integrated whiteboarding or task tracking) could also make the platform even more powerful. I’d love to see stronger organization and navigation tools for past meetings. For example, better filtering by topic, project, or participant would make it faster to find specific conversations. A more visual timeline, clearer tagging, and improved search within transcripts and notes would also help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Preserves Meaningful Connections"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I love how MemoriaCall lets me capture and preserve important conversations without any hassle, allowing me to focus on the moment without worrying about forgetting key details. Its recording feature works seamlessly in the background, so I stay fully engaged. I find it particularly valuable to revisit calls for personal memories or follow-ups, which has genuinely changed how I communicate. The interface feels intuitive and easy to use, with no need to waste time figuring out complicated menus or settings. I also appreciate how easy it is to access and organize recordings afterward, saving time and reducing stress. MemoriaCall feels intentional and user-focused, with features that genuinely enhance communication. It's more than just a calling tool—it feels like a reliable way to capture and retain what’s important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

There are a few areas where I think MemoriaCall could be improved. One thing that comes to mind is organization and search within recordings. As the number of saved calls grows, having more advanced ways to search, tag, or categorize recordings would make it even easier to find specific moments or conversations quickly. Another area that could be enhanced is customization. More control over notification settings or recording preferences would help tailor the experience to different types of calls, whether personal or professional. These aren’t major issues, but small refinements like these could make MemoriaCall even more efficient and user-friendly in daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I use MemoriaCall to capture important calls, revisit key points, and improve communication and productivity. MemoriaCall solves the problem of missing or forgetting important call details and helps me review conversations, maintain clarity, and avoid misunderstandings. I like that MemoriaCall is easy to use and helps me listen to my important calls again. I also like how smoothly MemoriaCall works in the background without interrupting calls. The initial setup was very easy, taking only a few minutes, and everything was clear and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app works well overall, but there is room for improvement in performance and a few additional features. "Seamless Call Insights, Needs Mobile Sync Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I like that MemoriaCall's AI turns raw chatter into crisp, searchable insight. One search gives me every promise, price, and pain point. The setup was dead simple, taking only five minutes per rep, with a single OAuth to Office 365. Once that's done, we're in without needing ITQ. I switched from Zoom and Otter without regrets because MemoriaCall's call quality is sharper, and the search is instant. Clara takes notes during every client-facing call, pitch, demo, and discovery, so I can stay present. I also appreciate that it integrates seamlessly with HubSpot for deal notes, Slack for team alerts, and Notion for archiving, offering a smooth experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

I need slicker mobile sync and less lag when pulling transcripts live. REST is near flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Meetings into Actionable Insights, But Needs Media Support"
3/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I really appreciate the hyper-accurate transcription and speaker diarization in MemoriaCall, which come with contextual smarts. The AI-powered structured summaries and action item extraction are incredibly valuable because they enable me to transform raw call audio into active, searchable, and actionable data without any manual input. These features address my biggest pain points of call tracking by eliminating wasted time on verification and paralysis from unorganized information. I also found the initial setup of MemoriaCall to be surprisingly fast and low-friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

I don't like that there is no support for call audio with embedded media. When I share a screen/audio clip during a call, MemoriaCall transcribes the media audio as if it’s a speaker, cluttering the transcript with random words and breaking the flow of the actual conversation. This makes the transcript hard to parse for these calls, and I have to manually edit out the media audio text every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Storing Memories, But Organization Needs Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

One downside of MemoriaCall is that it can feel overwhelming if too many memories are stored without proper organization. Also, if the tagging or search functionality is not intuitive, finding specific information can become time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

One thing I dislike about MemoriaCall is that if the memory organization or tagging system isn’t well-structured, it can become cluttered and hard to navigate. Also, too much stored information without prioritization may lead to confusion instead of clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I have been using MemoriaCall for a few months, and it has significantly smoothed out my workflow. One of the standout features of MemoriaCall is the AI-powered transcript, which has been incredibly beneficial for me. It helps me remember everything from client calls, ensuring that I never miss any important details. Additionally, the auto call recording feature is something I find very useful, as it automatically saves all conversations for future reference. This type of software is the best for me, and I haven't used anything like it before. What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

I found the initial setup and onboarding process with MemoriaCall to be somewhat challenging, particularly in the first few hours. "Effective for Downloading and Tracking Fraudulent Activity"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I appreciate the feature in MemoriaCall that allows me to download the information being used fraudulently online, providing me with essential data for taking action against scammers. This capability is crucial for addressing the misuse of my personal information and helps me in tracking and controlling my credit card data, which is vital for protecting my financial security. The potential to solve major problems like getting unauthorized individuals off my data and helping me save money is highly valuable. MemoriaCall plays a pivotal role in my efforts to ultimately prosecute those committing fraud. If it continues to effectively deliver these benefits, I am motivated to repurchase it monthly and would rate it a ten if it fulfills its intended purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

I haven't set up MemoriaCall yet, indicating some potential confusion or hesitation with the setup process. This suggests that better guidance or support might be needed to facilitate an easier onboarding experience. Additionally, I expressed a desire for less talk and more action, hinting at a possible frustration with the efficiency or responsiveness of the service. This could imply that the product's communication or operation could be perceived as overly verbose or slow in delivering results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
