"Keeps My Healthcare Consultations and Follow-Ups More Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health education content for social media, so I regularly use it for scheduling nutrition review meetings, preventive wellness discussions, lifestyle improvement sessions, and healthcare awareness planning calls. MemoriaCall helps me keep healthcare consultation meetings, wellness follow-ups, and educational planning discussions more properly arranged during regular work. Creating meetings, checking schedules, organizing follow-up sessions, and reviewing upcoming consultation timing feels simple during busy workflow. I also like that features like calendar scheduling, meeting history, participant management, recurring meetings, task coordination, and organized meeting tracking help me manage different healthcare discussions more comfortably from one place.

Also, handling multiple consultation sessions together does not feel messy during longer work schedules. Managing nutrition progress reviews, preventive care meetings, wellness discussions, and healthcare content planning side by side feels easier because meetings stay properly separated and organized inside the workflow. The meeting history section is also useful while checking previous consultation discussions and follow-up activities during regular work.

Performance has also been good while scheduling meetings, opening upcoming sessions, checking history, and organizing regular consultation workflow. The platform feels stable during daily use and moving between meetings, schedules, and task sections feels smooth most of the time. I also like that meeting scheduling, follow-up coordination, task organization, and consultation workflow stay connected together in one place, which helps while managing healthcare activities and wellness planning more professionally. Overall, MemoriaCall fits naturally into my daily healthcare and wellness workflow and helps me keep consultation meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up discussions more properly organized during regular work. What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

One thing I noticed is that when many meetings and follow-up sessions are scheduled together, the dashboard can start looking a little packed because a lot of meeting information appears at the same time. During busy work schedules, it takes a little extra attention to move between meetings and tasks smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Communication Tool for Small Business Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

What stands out now is how neatly notes get sorted - simple to find later. Because of this, going back over past talks takes less effort, watching tasks move forward stays clear, updates spread smoothly between groups. Right afterward, everything discussed shows up fast, so people can check facts right away instead of waiting around. It just works each time, no hiccups even when meetings pile up day after day. With things running steady like that, working together clicks better, messages stay on target, next steps happen quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

Most folks might want a bit more say in how summaries look. Changing that could fit better with how teams actually work. Instead of rigid layouts, some flexibility around alerts and file sorting may help too. Finding past talks sometimes takes longer than needed. Sliders or tags by topic, date, or speaker might speed things up. When calls get crowded, tiny delays pop up now and then. Churning through heavy audio clips just needs a slight boost behind the scenes. Smoother runs on big sessions tend to keep pace with real workflow demands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

This platform is useful but it might feel bit less familiar when compared with other widely used tools like zoom or Microsoft Teams for teams already deeply integrated to those platform adopting to this platform is a hassle since this platform offers several AI driven features new user my field need a complex learning curve to fully understand on how to use transcripts summarising meetings and accessing meeting histories tagging and other assistant tones this platform should have more customization options and deeper integration features into our existing workplace this would make this platform more stronger and wider. "Effortless Communication, Needs Better Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I love how easy and practical MemoriaCall is for everyday communication. The user-friendly interface is smooth, and setting up meetings is quick, which is key for us. The overall experience feels smooth and reliable. I especially like the video and audio quality, the ease of joining meetings, and the collaboration features. Having centralized communication and the ability to manage conversations without unnecessary complexity is a big plus. It works well for both internal team meetings and external client discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

There is still room for improvement in advanced customizations, reporting, and third-party integrations. Some advanced features could be easier for new users to understand initially. A more modern interface in certain areas would improve the overall user experience, I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Management with MemoriaCall"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I use MemoriaCall for meetings and collaboration, and it helps me record calls, get automatic summaries, and keep track of key points and tasks so I don't have to take notes, making follow-ups easier. I don't have to take notes during meetings since it records and summarizes everything, helping me avoid forgetting important points or decisions while keeping all discussions organized and easy to search later, saving time. What I like most about MemoriaCall is how it automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings. It saves me from taking notes, keeps everything organized, and makes it easy to find important points later. These features remove a lot of manual work and stress from meetings: recording lets me focus on the conversation instead of worrying about missing anything; transcription makes it easy to search for specific details without rewatching the whole meeting; and summarizing quickly highlights key points and decisions so I can review everything in minutes. The initial setup was so easy and straightforward. I rate its recommendation a 10, as it’s highly recommendable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

I experience occasional lag or slow performance, and the search and organization could be better. There are limited editing options for transcripts, a bit of a learning curve at the start, and not much customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Meeting Recaps, Slightly Limited for Non-English Users"
4/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I really like that MemoriaCall automatically generates text and audio transcripts. It gives me the information from meetings without much hassle. I just check into the app, press record, and don't have to do anything else. This feature is incredibly convenient and has been a lifesaver for me. I also find it useful in school for getting information efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

I think what could be improved is to maybe have a way of getting different levels of condensing the information. If you are going through a meeting and something said was really important and you don't want to miss any details, you should be able to tell that to the program and have it do a more detailed recap. It becomes a more reliable form of information for me. Also, we are a Spanish-speaking university, and I don't know if MemoriaCall is optimized to take notes in Spanish. "Transformative Self-Hosted Conferencing, Needs Better Multi-Branch Management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I appreciate MemoriaCall's flexible self-hosted server architecture, which perfectly aligns with my role as a System Deployment Engineer. It allows me to deploy and host the entire calling, recording, and tagging stack on our private on-premises servers, which is irreplaceable for handling highly confidential data. I value MemoriaCall's deeply integrated call recording system with native speaker tracking and timeline tagging, eliminating the need for extra third-party add-ons. These features drastically cut down on post-call documentation and audit prep work. Additionally, the granular, centralized permission configuration toolset is incredibly useful. I can build layered access rules for our sales staff, compliance reviewers, and client guests all within one admin dashboard, avoiding the hassle of switching between different management systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

Server maintenance and scaling tools feel underdeveloped for multi-branch deployments. I manage separate MemoriaCall nodes for our remote satellite offices, but the admin dashboard has no unified bulk configuration tool. If I need to update firewall access rules, adjust recording retention cycles or roll out new custom tag categories across all branch instances, I have to log into each server individually to apply changes one by one. Last month, updating data encryption settings across three regional nodes took me an entire afternoon, which would have been streamlined with cross-instance bulk editing controls. Right now, every regional MemoriaCall server instance operates as a fully siloed unit with zero centralized configuration sync. There is no master admin console to push uniform settings across all deployments. When company security policies update—such as tightening recording encryption standards, adjusting data retention lifespans for compliance, or rolling out new approved tag categories for client consultations—I must log into each server one at a time to manually replicate every parameter change. "Effortless Meeting Recaps and Secure Communication"
4/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I appreciate MemoriaCall's secure, hassle-free video/audio conferencing system which replaces clunky video tools, allowing easy, browser-based, zero-download access for all communication needs without needing meeting IDs, passwords, or app installs. The one-click join and SpeedCall™ feature are super handy for quick meetings and syncing across devices is seamless. Its enterprise-grade security with end-to-end encryption and private invite links is a big plus for sensitive calls. I love how it captures and organizes conversational knowledge, turning every call into searchable, actionable insights. The AI transcription is amazing—it’s super accurate even with multiple speakers and tough jargon, allowing me to fully engage without taking notes. The platform's search capabilities are excellent, letting me find details instantly without digging through old emails or messages. I also enjoy the one-click call sharing which eliminates friction in sharing notes or recordings. Setup was a breeze, very streamlined and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

Accent/dialect & multi-speaker limitations: The transcription is less accurate for non-native English accents (e.g., heavy regional accents, non-Western English dialects) and struggles to label speakers correctly in calls with 6+ participants (it often merges speakers or misassigns dialogue). For global teams or client calls with international stakeholders, this creates confusion when referencing the transcript later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Meeting Productivity with AI-Powered Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about MemoriaCall?

I like how MemoriaCall goes beyond basic video conferencing by turning meetings into useful, searchable knowledge with features like automatic AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and action items, which save time on note-taking and make follow-ups easier. I appreciate the one-click, secure browser-based access with no downloads or complicated login steps. I also value how meeting history, files, notes, and chat are all stored in one organized place for easy reference later. The AI-generated transcripts and summaries ensure nothing important is missed and make it easy to review decisions or action items after meetings. Browser-based access allows anyone to join instantly without downloads or setup issues, keeping meetings smooth and stress-free. The features I use most include the AI transcripts, summaries, meeting recordings, and centralized meeting history, helping me quickly revisit key points, track decisions, and follow up on action items without rewatching entire calls. Having everything stored in one place makes my workflow more efficient and keeps projects moving smoothly. The initial setup of MemoriaCall was very smooth, with quick integration with my calendar and no complex configurations required. MemoriaCall offering a seamless experience with secure browser-based meetings and powerful AI-driven summaries genuinely improves productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemoriaCall?

Overall the experience is solid, but a couple of things could be improved. The interface could be more intuitive in places, especially for organizing and navigating past meeting content. Sometimes the AI summaries and transcripts need a bit of manual cleanup for technical or nuanced discussions. Adding more advanced collaboration tools (like integrated whiteboarding or task tracking) could also make the platform even more powerful. I’d love to see stronger organization and navigation tools for past meetings. For example, better filtering by topic, project, or participant would make it faster to find specific conversations. A more visual timeline, clearer tagging, and improved search within transcripts and notes would also help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
