What do you like best?

In the organization, the sales team mainly uses this software to achieve their objectives, functioning as a potential sales enablement CRM, taking into account that Membrain reinforces the behaviors necessary to consistently win in B2B sales, and in turn facilitating the execution of your sales process and obtaining higher income. We execute sales strategies by actively guiding us from your support team through your sales process and your guides, thereby allowing the entire team to drive successful and winning behaviors, which is gained by placing content in context, allowing development and skill alignment. What do you dislike?

Its integration is very wide and flexible, in some cases some common errors occur regarding the annex of other software solutions, certainly in a software with so many functions it is very likely that this happens, for this we do not give it much importance and continue using it and using its tools to achieve our short-term and long-term goals. It is the best platform for small, medium and large companies, Membrain is a combination of CRM and Sales Enablement, which makes the sales process much more efficient, focusing on how to sell to obtain a better sales flow. In a short time you can see the effectiveness of sales, allowing in turn to drive the behaviors necessary in even the most complex b2b sales to increase sales effectiveness and achieve consistent performance. What do you like best?

This software has provided our company with powerful tools in terms of sales, we were able to project, position and channel potential consumers, thus generating more detailed reports that are visually quick to access and understand, including the status. of such information. What do you dislike?

Cleaning idle data previously imported into the software is a bit complicated and can become a slow process, therefore, improving the system in this regard would be essential for its total fluidity. However, Membrain is a very efficient software, so its positive characteristics help to ignore the small errors it could contain, so it is still one of the best and works perfectly for our organization. It is a very organized, professional and clean software, it is an excellent way to manage projects and channel sales, it is also feasible to store the data of potential contacts. What do you like best?

Membrain has been helping me maintain greater control over my sales, since previously I did everything manually and to be honest it was a complete nightmare, now thanks to this application everything is automated, limiting myself exclusively to making a query in The application to check the status of my sales, income in short, everything I want to review since its reports have quite complete information, regarding the interface it has a fairly simple to understand design, it is really not necessary to suffer so much at the time to use Membrain since in a few hours you are already an expert in the use of the system, in addition, the customer service team is quite effective when it comes to solving any problem that occurs to me in the morning I send them an email With some doubts that I had and by noon I had the answers to all of them, just great ... I have been using it to help me in the merchandise sale process since for me at the beginning it was a somewhat cumbersome task to perform, however after discovering Membrain I have been able to calmly improve the entire previous process to guarantee that my sales are everything a success, and even because of this my sales have increased greatly. What do you like best?

I love this software because it is programmed to boost the efficiency of companies, to achieve optimal performance and quite useful for the productivity that characterizes each company, specifically in an area based on sales, which is one of the qualities that most call my attention, highlighting that it acquires an extensive list of functions, precisely in management in each feature work that acquires an entire organization, becoming a CRM system, very sophisticated in wide variations, or rather to their work performance. We can consider, that it is not a complete software, for the basic functions of CRM, as much for the management of relations with the client, like the improvement of the sales of each organization, because it would be incredible that this system, implements an option of use, that allows to establish more productive operations, according to the economic value, more than everything to foment abilities and to send electronic mails to different users and to distribute a good content of marketing. What do you like best?

The best thing about membrain is that you don't need to remember anything related to your MOM, Meeting schedules, call schedules and Task, it also helps you to create the handy template such as Introduction Email, follow up email and Proposal template which standardize your sales process completely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some times it doesent load in low bandwidth, also the app have some limitations in terms of the data update, and while saving the address of a Prospect save button go so low in the bottom that you won't be able to see it. please fix this bug, it should automatically navigate us to the prospect address using GPS of the mobile application, many times it throws authentication error with gmail, multiple times we need to test the connection between membrain and gmail to check. Mobile application also doesent work on less bandwidth or low network, kindly upgrade it so that it can be referred anywhere and should be handy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had two areas that we identified as requiring improvement:

(i) We needed greater insight and understanding of our sales process and areas that were performing well and areas where things could be improved.

(ii) As we onboarded new sales staff, we needed them to hit the ground running. This meant that we needed to capture and share the knowledge from existing sales staff to newcomers quickly and effectively.

Membrain allowed us to embed repeatable, measurable prospecting and sales processes. This has made it easier to onboard new sales staff, and identify where and how our processes can be improved. The ability to build out our own processes has also allowed us to apply and utilise Membrain in other, non-sales related, areas of our business. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

Because of the focus on salesman interaction, we struggle to do automated marketing and education to our clients. The salesman interaction is great, but it's hard for them to easily send company information to a specific set of clients based on product type, age of client, etc. The separation between prospects and clients sold means tracing a single entities entire interactions with your brand is a difficult task. If your business plans to rely heavily on the CRM for marketing automation, consumer behavior data, and granular views of their interaction with your website/social/blogs/etc., you may find limitations with what it can do. Complexity of sales adds another level of complexity to the design of your Membrain. Small businesses or businesses with fairly standard processes for all client types will find Membrain easy to use, simple, and oriented toward building relationships with clients. What do you like best?

It incorporates the tenets of the Checklist Manifesto (by Atul Gawande), which is extremely valuable. It helps create a true step-by-step approach to a sales process. The processes are easy to set up and have most of the attachment, details, resource assignment and other tools within each step. We reworked our sales process from the ground up when implementing Membrain, and of course, not everything went as planned, and with Membrain, you can make process adjustments quickly and easily. What do you dislike?

Their pricing is substantively higher than the marketplace. I could be in Salesforce for pennies compared to what Membrain charges.

Additionally, they're not always particularly clear on the use or value of some of the modules within their application. Content Hub, as an example, is a GREAT idea, but we've never gotten it to work effectively with our sales force because it's not organized in a way that's meaningful to us. As an example, they make you organize content by "context", but they don't do a very good job of telling you what that means or how to use it. We watched the help videos on it and were told that to use context, we should organize by context. That's like describing the color "blue" to someone by telling them it "looks blue".

We 're not happy at all that their newest capabilities around account planning is an add-on module, costing more. Customers are customers, and if we're buying a CRM, I expect it to be for the relationship between my firm and our customers, not just certain portions or activities within our relationship. Instead, we'll probably use one of their "sales processes" to build our own account planning module. It's not rocket science, so there's no commercial justification for the upcharge when I'm paying an excessively expensive monthly subscription by the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

I like the Dashboard the best. We can keep track on sales projects, sales goals etc by creating difference types of reports to get overall results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really, probably the least thing I like is if you create a list of projects on the dashboard, you cannot see the whole list unless you scroll down. The ability to configure the sales process they way you operate is incredible. So often software developers try to get you to conform to their way of doing it and then you go to great expense to customize their "cookie cutter" approach. Membrain is a game changer for any Sales Leader wanting to have better insights into pipeline health, smarter tracking of metrics, and the ability to build a sales process which works for your company. Membrain can be customized and designed to meet your requirements.

Most systems offer a "Take it or leave it" platform, not Membrain.

We have successfully used the system for project management, long, medium and short term sales as well as customer surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The way membrain manage/ automade sales cycle, it helps lots, unlike other sales tool no management introvance required on sales call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Mobile app have to need improvements, some of the features are not working properly in mobile app, and most important about some will inform you on call +91 9998126256, can't discuss here in this forum, most important Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
