What do you like best about MemberSuite?

I work primarily on the event side of MemberSuite, and so far I have had a great experience. All the information I need, plus email notifications are all in one spot, so it makes my life so much easier! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberSuite?

This is a very in-depth system, so at times it can become frustrating when you need to change things around. But once you get the hang of it, its actually not that bad. The one thing I still struggle with the most is when I have to create searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MemberSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

So far, the best business problem that MemberSuite has solved, is that we don't need multiple applications to complete tasks. The hardest part of working for a Non-Profit Organization is having information in too many different places, and MemberSuite has really tried to tie all of them together in one system.
