Good for simple memberships and integration with webflow to start but doesn't meet our scaling needs **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022 **What do you like best about Memberstack?** The platform is relatively easy to set up and maintenance of existing memberships is pretty easy. We use the membership sign-up forms and the CMS tools. Don't know how it compares to competitors as we haven't used a competitor. **What do you dislike about Memberstack?** Lacks features that scale with growth. I would like to see improvements such as the ability to change prices, incorporate enterprise tiers, customizable profiles, more integrations with community platforms like Slack. Also, more dynamic analytics dashboards to help with membership maintenance. **Recommendations to others considering Memberstack:** Memberstack is great for simple membership management and integration with a website for content management. However, if you are scaling and need more complex membership tiers, the ability to make changes to memberships, and low friction with customers in making those changes, you might want to evaluate something else - at least until Memberstack 2.0 is available and you know what features will exist. **What problems is Memberstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it to create memberships that have different access on our website. We have not had many issues with sign-ups which has been helpful. Our business has grown because of memberstack but it is now stifling growth as we scale. ### 2. Not great if you want lots of customization but good to get up and running fast. **What problems is Memberstack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's allowed us to build quickly and adapt our product as we go.
