Setup is easy and it's lightweight, so if you're familiar with Webflow you can basically build as normal while layering on a membership experience. It's easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer support is very helpful, though their services can be a little slow in getting to a solution it's only because they are working so hard to get your issue resolved. I do however wish they would respond a little bit more frequently and give the customer a more of an update with their services. They also have a lot of really awesome templates that help you get to the look and design you're looking for a lot faster. There templates have saved customers a lot of time. They need to respond faster when you have an issue with something and they need to update the customer a lot more frequently than they do. I had an issue and I was the one that had to initiate updates not members to which I feel shouldn't be that hard to do. I probably wouldn't have had as big of an issue with this if they kept me up to date with the status of my ticket without me having to go after them for an update. We've used Memberstack for quite a while now and love how simple and easy it is to use and integrate with our Webflow website. We use it to manage our Partner Area, giving our Partners access to vital information that we want to keep private from the rest of the internet. Our experience with Memberstack has been phenomenal. Getting in touch with the team was super easy, transparent and quick. Implementing it on our website was very straight forward, due to the fact that Memberstack provides a large amount of documentation and help. Memberstack is not only helping us growing our business, reaching more customers and providing better value, it also lets us streamline internal processes since it is the best-in-class all-in-one application for its (wide and important) use case. There is nothing negative to be said about Memberstack. Even if there are challenges like having trouble implementing certain features, the fact that the team is so easy to reach and the large amount of help, documentation etc. make it impossible to run into real problems. Working with Memberstack for several years now and no other tool came even close to the features and customer support of Memberstack. Where do I start lol... Its been incredibly easy to use (unlike other tools I've tested), the whole process is smooth, the team is absolutely fantastic, they respond very quickly and positively every time, the app is great, it's saved me a TON of time.
