Being located in Australia we have to wait 12-24 hours for customer service to solve issues. If the problem is urgent, this can be a problem for us/members, especially when there was an upgrade, and we lost our data for more than a day waiting for a response. Memberspace works very well with my squarespace site. I love that it has different membership levels and that it protects the content. They also have a great login and member many system. Coming from a system on Wordpress that updated and broke often this is a lot more intuitive. But best of all was all the documentation and customer support. It is very well done. This program is easy to integrate into my square space site, but the best feature by far is unlimited membership plans of different structures - recurring, split payment, single payment and free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The analytics are clunky

- have to use external program to track new recurring subscriptions per month (that doesn't work for other plan types)
