"Great tool, courses add-on is awesome!"
4/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

I like how easy it is to add membership levels and set up courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

I highly dislike that the Stripe integration requires a connection to my Memberpress account. I am a web developer and purchase extensions and licenses on behalf of my clients all the time. However, when doing this with Memberpress, they lose the option to use the Stripe integration because it would require them to provide me with their user name and password to their payment gateway, which is a security issue. I would like to see the Stripe payment integration be independent of the Memberpress account in a future update. I have had to find alternate solutions for some clients for this exact reason. "For securing Membership pages and setting up subscriptions it does the job!"
5/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

The Developer edition gives you alot of tools to help you secure your wordpress site, allowing you to easily setup regular & subscription based memberships for your site with accepting money. This by far makes it worthwhile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

The only thing is the setup and cuzstomisation takes time as the theme/branding depends on your own skills and your own site setup and it would be nice to have different templates to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does exactly what it said it would do!"
5/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

I needed a membership site I could integrate into my Wordpress blog. A simply yearly subscription and plugin download from these guys has turned my blog into a fully-fledged business which allows me to work from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

I have always struggled with coding, and although there are video demos and they are top notch, I do occasionally have a mind-blank moment where I have to ask support because there isn't a demo (well, it's happened twice in 2 years, so very infrequently - but I don't have any other dislikes so this gets it). "Easiest WordPress Membership Plugin"
5/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

It is both easy to use and one of the most fully-featured. Easy to set up, content access control, all the integrations you would want, easy payment gateway setup, and out-of-this-world customer support. I rarely have questions or needs with this plugin, but when I do, they are there for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

The only limitation with this software is if you need a shop for selling digital or physical products. So for some specific use cases, MemberPress wouldn't be a good fit. But if you want to run a membership or sell courses - MemberPress is the best option on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The obvious choice for subscription service websites built with WordPress"
5/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

I have been a MemberPress user for about eight years. It was purchased originally for a client that uses it to restrict access to user manuals of their proprietary products to verified owners. This year I began using it for one of my own websites -- NutritionFactsMaker.com -- to set up paid subscription access to the site. This was the first time I had fully exploited the features that make MemberPress so useful. Users of my service can subscribe for varying durations and get notified when their subscription is about to expire. It interacts seamlessly with PayPal and I get notified whenever users purchase the service, as well as when they change passwords. The software is updated regularly and the support is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

There really isn't much to dislike about MemberPress. The software does what it says. There is a learning curve to taking advantage of all of its features, but persistence certainly pays off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool, Lots of Options, Responsive Support"
4/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

Gated content is easy to create and put behind a paywall. It works great with the WP theme, DIVI and we're able to manage users easily. Haven't used other systems, so I'm not sure how it compares to competitors, but I'm happy with MemberPress and not looking to change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

Some features aren't as easy to figure out. ie. logging in as a paid member is taking our users back to the homepage, away from the content they were just trying to access. Still needing to figure out how to resolve that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great plugin to add membership to your website"
4/5
What do you like best about MemberPress?

Once you get used to it, it is great for creating a membership on your website. I like that it takes payments and you can have control over your members' memberships. It allows you to create courses too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MemberPress?

It can take time to learn how to use it. It is a bit fiddly. I don't like that I can't create separate settings for the different memberships/courses. To create different rules for the courses and within a course takes ages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
