Would love if they could expand their library of payment gateway plugins. From a technical standpoint, the integration with Stripe is solid; unlike some membership plugins, MemberPress stores the right information in Stripe instead of using it solely as the payment processor. That's a big advantage when it comes to integrating with other products in conjunction with MemberPress. **What do you dislike about MemberPress?** The cost was the only thing that made me hesitate in going with MemberPress. I really wanted to make a free product work, but I couldn't get them to do what I needed. They have really done a great job building granular access control into the site, allowing for both public and private content. One of the key deciding factors was the inclusion of corporate or umbrella accounts, allowing us to offer organizational memberships with an administrator on the client's side the ability to administer their own users, so when someone leaves or joins their company, they can go in using the federated access control model, and administer their own users under their corporate account. From the products we looked at, MemberPress was one of two software companies that offered this feature, allowing it to quickly progress onto our shortlist of solutions. While I already get too much e-mail, I always enjoy receiving e-mail communications from MemberPress. They are always information packed with tips and tricks, and great ideas on how to grow my online community. This value added service wasn't part of the reason I purchased the product, but it will definitely be one of the things that would make it hard to ever leave it! **What do you dislike about MemberPress?** While there is quite a number of integration solutions, it would be great to invest in a big push with other solution providers and expand its integration footprint across the WordPress developer community. One of the challenge I have seen with existing integrations, tend to be solutions that would cause us to share user / member information with other 3rd parties. In a day and age when data privacy is getting more and more restrictive, we need integration with solutions /plugins that can been integrated into our site, to avoid reliance on 3rd parties to ensure for appropriate data security on their sites so our member data remains protected and our liability is governed by our own investments.
