**What do you like best about MemberPress?**

As someone running multiple membership programs, I needed a platform that could bring everything together seamlessly — content, payments, access levels, and the member experience. MemberPress has been exactly that. It’s powerful but still user-friendly, and it integrates smoothly with the other tools I rely on (like ConvertKit). What I really appreciate is that it gives me full control over how I structure my memberships and deliver value, without the headaches I’ve experienced on other platforms. MemberPress has helped me scale my programs and provide a better experience for my members — I highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about MemberPress?**

Nothing really comes to mind. Any issue you have there is a video to easily help you solve it or there is the support team available.

**What problems is MemberPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MemberPress has been a game-changer for my business. Before using it, I was juggling multiple tools to manage memberships, deliver content, and process payments — and it was inefficient and frustrating. With MemberPress, everything is centralized. I can create multiple tiers, offer free trials and discounts, and deliver content only to the right members with ease.

What really stands out is how well it integrates with my marketing tools, especially ConvertKit, which keeps my funnels and automations running smoothly. It scales as I grow, without requiring a developer or complicated workarounds, and the member experience is professional and seamless.

For anyone running membership programs or looking to launch one, MemberPress takes the complexity out of the process so you can focus on delivering value. It’s solved so many pain points for me, and I highly recommend it

It can be confusing what it provides. It has a number of features I don't understand.

**What do you like best about MemberPress?**

Memberpress is hands down one of the easiest plug-ins I've used. You install it and walk through the onboarding and bam it's ready.  It has everything that I need and a few things I didn't know I needed but after seeing those, I have to have them! Customer support is top notch, giving helpful instructions and step by steps. I like that they thought ahead and created something truly useful with the right amount of bells & whistles.
6/27/25 Update - I'm still finding more and more that I can do with this. The ability to define access to features by plan is really great and keeps my content secure.

**What do you dislike about MemberPress?**

Can't think of a thing I don't like about MemberPress.

**What problems is MemberPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MemberPress is allowing me to keep my free users from accessing my premium products. MemberPress also allows me the ability to provide trails and coupons and payment integrations was super simple.

**What do you like best about MemberPress?**

I like MemberPress as a plugin for my WordPress site. It helps with Zoom integration and pay walls. I find the support help is nice and, overall, describe it as good, even though I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.

**What do you dislike about MemberPress?**

I find MemberPress expensive. The initial setup was difficult.

**What problems is MemberPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use MemberPress for Zoom integration and pay walls. It's a good plugin with nice support, but it feels expensive, and the setup was difficult. I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.
