The customer support, especially Milosav are always top notch. Allways reliable and always going the extra mile to make sure my problem was solved or question answered. I can't recommend Memberium enough. **What do you dislike about Memberium?** The ease of use for the plugin is super simple. But it's not ready out of the box. I'd suggest planning out your membership site before you begin building membership levels. **What problems is Memberium solving and how is that benefiting you?** Memberium allows me to maintain member engagement by syncing my email database with user engagement within the site. Their patience and willingness to help was incredible. I even received and email from them on Sunday when I didn't expect it until after the weekend. The person that I am in the most contact with is Malosav. He was always friendly and really goes the extra mile for me. I would recommend them to anyone, whether you are experienced or just learning like I was. He went into my site and fixed things for me did research about things I asked. I am impressed and I recommend them to anyone looking for their service. I find it now very easy to use but of course there was the learning it. I like various things about Memberium, some of those are as follows: 1. Availablity of shortcodes, this helps in implementing things the way you want e.g. we created a page area for sharing Online Meeting details with people based on which membership tag was applied on them inside Keap (we used shortcodes for making sure that people with certain tags are able to view certain meetings on that particular page) 2. They have an Awesome Support Team 3. Solid Documentation on things (especially shortcodes and ways you can use those shortcodes) **What do you dislike about Memberium?** None that I can think of at this moment. **Recommendations to others considering Memberium:** If talking specifically to Membership plugins to protect the content on your Wordpress site, Memberium is #1 on my list. Also, #1 if you are using Keap, & LearnDash on your site. And, when talking about offering Courses in general. There are various options for the ways you can provide your courses e.g.Hosting it on your Wordpress Install or software like Kajabi are also options. So, I would recommend checking all the options and deciding based on your business goals and requirements. **What problems is Memberium solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Memberium with LearnDash for creating a Membership site based on Wordpress. It works well with Keap, and LearnDash. ### 14. Tickets are responded to quickly, and as a non-technical person, they are very patient in explaining anything I don't understand. In addition, they operate an office house where you can call in over zoom and get great advice. **What do you dislike about Memberium?** The time it takes to learn, but then if you want a flexable solution, that seems a small price to pay. I could have used Customer Hub, but I would not have got the site I wanted. I use this along with BuddyBoss Theme and this allows me to build a community to create greater engagement. **Recommendations to others considering Memberium:** If you want complete flexibility with your site, then you need to get Memberium. It has so many advantages, the main one being the ability to tag any parts of the courses to allow personalized service to our clients. However, we like their service the most. they are very friendly, take their time, never give up and extremely responsive... a real 5-star group of people. **What do you dislike about Memberium?** there is actually nothing really important - it takes some time to get used to the software but the service is so incredible that this is a no-issue. **What problems is Memberium solving and how is that benefiting you?** connecting AC with learn-dash and buddboss.... automation at the highest level - ability to tag and "get personal". ### 16. It is a program that you just set up and it works. No fiddling, no coding, it just does what its supposed to. They also make it super easy to set up and learn with their super in-depth how-to articles and videos. And then even when you have exhausted all their how to videos and you still don't know how to do something their support responds to tickets within hours, not days, with a step by step, with pictures, guide on how to complete what you are trying to do. **What do you dislike about Memberium?** Some of their more advanced conditional coding doesn't follow similar rules, such as when to put a ' or not. But this is something most users will probably never deal with, plus as I said before their support is the best I've come across, so if you are confused they will make sure you understand something. **Recommendations to others considering Memberium:** Just purchase it if you are using Keap/infusionsoft and wish to make a Wordpress membership site. Stop fiddling with Wordpress plugins. This will do everything you want it to and more. **What problems is Memberium solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Keap/Infusionsoft as our main customer database, Memberium allows us to tap into that database to create a local membership platform that runs completely automated off purchases and tags in Keap. ### 17. Memberium is a very complete package with these integrations. **What do you dislike about Memberium?** The only thing that's missing is our need for more powerful affiliate tracking. This isn't necessarily something Memberium is built to solve though. Aside from that extra mile, it is a phenomenal product for what it is! **Recommendations to others considering Memberium:** We've been using it for just a few short months, but the more I dive deep into it's capabilities, the more impressed I get as to how much I can customize our membership website with it. **What problems is Memberium solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are creating a membership website with courses available for our members as well as affiliate tracking involved for their sales pages in Infusionsoft. Memberium integrates all of this seamlessly and allows for different users to access different parts of the website depending on how they've been tagged in Infusionsoft. This allows us to really customize who gets access to what content and at what times. Memberium also integrates with LearnDash, a very easy to use tool for creating courses within our website. The only missing element from Memberium is an extremely solid affiliate tracking system but I don't think this is really within the scope of their product. It's more of something that Infusionsoft needs to have on their end as it's very subpar. ### 23. The short codes, being able to use many current and popular page builders (X-Theme, Divi, etc...) to customize and build your member site, the customer service, and more. Memberium makes it simple to build and implement an effective member site of any kind. **What do you dislike about Memberium?** I would like to see it be implemented with other 3rd party systems. Infusionsoft and Active Campaign are great, but with many other CRM/Marketing systems out there that are a fit for some entrepreneurs/marketing specialists, it would be great to see this tool become more universally applicable. **Recommendations to others considering Memberium:** Hands down the best member site tool for Infusionsoft/Active Campaign when working with Wordpress. **What problems is Memberium solving and how is that benefiting you?** For one business we use Memberium extensively to automate delivery of content to purchasing members.
