What do you like best about Meltwater?

The daily digests are great for keeping on top of the publications where our organisation is being mentioned and the customer service team have been amazing and very knowledgeable when I've needed to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

We have had many issues with incorrect search results showing up which haven't been relevant. These incorrect items have caused alot of additional work inhouse when it's come to reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

Meltwater is helping us to keep ontop of our media mentions, but the issues with incorrect search results has caused us many issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
