"Very Simple Platform That Delivers Great Results"
5/5
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

The UI is very simple for admins and community members alike. I also like how customizable it is. Hosting our live sessions as well as posting webinar recordings makes having all our resources in one place much easier. It was also great to integrate it with our main platform so community members can access it without logging into a different platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

It would be nice to have better ways to monitor posts by either approving them before they are posted or having certain words or phrases that are flagged, causing the post not to be posted and reported to admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful platform to train and engage our users"
5/5
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

MeltingSpot has transformed our way of training our clients and supporting them in getting to grips with our product. Here are the points I particularly appreciate:

A modern and clear interface, both on the admin side and the user side. Easy to handle, even without experience in LMS.

A great wealth of functionality: we can offer structured courses, live replays, documents, video tutorials, events, and also animate a community with forums or groups.

A 100% integrated experience with our application: our users access the training without leaving our interface. This greatly increases their engagement.

Precise targeting options: we can display the right content to the right people, according to their profile or usage.

Ultra-responsive customer support: the MeltingSpot team is attentive, available, and constantly improves the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

A minor improvement point: the forums are currently linked to discussion groups. This requires activating both if one wants to use a forum, even if one does not necessarily want to manage a full group.

This is not a blocker, but it's a small ergonomic point that could be optimized. Fortunately, the product evolves quickly and the team is very open to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Powerful tools to personalize the experience: between smart groups and courses, we can really segment our audience and deliver the right content to the right people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

Honestly, there is no blocking point. The solution is evolving quickly and it feels like the roadmap is built in connection with customer feedback.

If a point of improvement needs to be mentioned: custom properties could be a bit more flexible for some complex cases. But nothing limiting in our current use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A powerful tool to train our users directly within our product"

What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

What I appreciate the most is MeltingSpot's ability to offer training content directly within our product interface. We can create onboarding paths, interactive courses, or live replays, and then display them at the right time, in the right place, according to the user's profile or usage.

The admin interface is very intuitive, even for a product team without LMS expertise. And the customer support is really attentive, with responsive and personalized assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

The platform is still young, so some advanced features (like more in-depth analytics or fine-tuned customization options) are in development. That said, the product team is very responsive to our feedback and we have already seen several rapid changes following our suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, intuitive and powerful platform for in-product training"
5/5
What do you like best about MeltingSpot?

MeltingSpot is by far the most intuitive and flexible training platform I’ve worked with. Several features stand out and truly make a difference in our daily operations:

Seamless in-app integration: Being able to embed training modules directly into our internal tools is a game-changer. Users don’t need to leave the product—they learn while using it.

Content diversity: We can create and mix live webinars, pre-recorded courses, quick tips, and even discussion forums. This flexibility allows us to tailor the format to each type of user.

User-friendly interface: As a technician, I appreciate how easy it is to configure and deploy new content. But most importantly, the experience is smooth and engaging for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

There’s nothing major to complain about. The product is evolving fast, and every month brings new improvements. If I had to mention something:

Some advanced features (like smart rules or custom properties) are still evolving, but the roadmap is transparent, and we’ve already seen steady progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A slight area for improvement would be to optimize certain advanced features, such as the integration of content from external sources (for example, external video modules). - Users can access the spot from our platform

- The design looks modern

- The implementation with our tool was easy

- The customer support is reactive

- It's relatively easy to use Melting Spot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeltingSpot?

We are somewhat constrained by the platform's personalization options, as it only allows for three columns, round images. Additionally, we are unable to adjust the text size, limited to just headings and standard text. The platform also lacks sufficient features in the courses section to support an effective training program. We now this is being develop but at the present it's complicated for us.
