MelMat is a multi-engine AI research synthesis platform built for professionals who make judgment calls they have to stand behind. Instead of relying on a single AI model, every query runs through 4 AI models in parallel (selected from a pool of 8, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity), each grounded against primary sources rather than just generating from memory. What makes MelMat different is how it handles disagreement. Most AI tools blend multiple perspectives into one smoothed-over answer. MelMat does the opposite — it surfaces exactly where the models agree and where they contradict each other in a dedicated Contradictions section, so the user sees the actual uncertainty in the research instead of a false sense of consensus. The primary users are business and professional-services buyers: independent compliance consultants, financial advisors, risk analysts, attorneys, and fractional executives who need defensible, sourced research they can put in front of a client, a regulator, or a board — not casual personal use. An enterprise workspace product (M²W) extends the same approach to team-based due diligence and M&A screening.
