What do you like best about Mellow?

Mellow has made it significantly easier for me to work with freelancers who don’t have a registered company. In Latvia, handling payments to self-employed individuals without triggering double taxation is typically a bureaucratic nightmare. Mellow takes care of this complexity seamlessly, letting me focus on the work instead of legal paperwork.

Another strong point is Mellow’s pricing. Their margin is very reasonable and fully acceptable for the convenience they provide. I also really appreciate their customer support – they’re always fast, responsive, and easy to reach, which gives me peace of mind when handling payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mellow?

There are some minor UX issues on the platform that could use improvement. The interface isn’t always the smoothest or most intuitive, and a few things take more clicks than they should. what i like about mellow that it's so easy to navigate, their customer support is top tier and it makes it so easy as a freelancer to track my earnings and have the ability to use them as either USD or euro

What do you dislike about Mellow?

maybe the whole i have to approve the task to accept the money ? i think it would be great to make it a one-time thing then automatically the task gets accepted without me having to accept it every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
