The possibility to autocomplete, edit and correct personal data before implementing them in the CRM.

The classification of leads by demographics to segment them more accurately.

The technical support is excellent because they always clarify all doubts in record time.

Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is very convenient because it is one of the most used CRMs in large companies.

In addition, the use is quite intuitive, so the learning curve is short if you know about this type of program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Melissa Global Address Verification?

It could improve reading data and results when it makes automatic corrections. Also, it is cumbersome to decode the file instead of highlighting the error from the beginning. Anyway, these are minor user experience improvements that can be corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Melissa Global Address Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although it is not my primary function, I use this software to collect customer data. This function has helped me keep them updated and no lose potential customers due to human error.

We also use the function a lot to eliminate duplicate data, so that our leads do not receive the same information twice in a row, which often makes them uncomfortable.

What problems is Melissa Global Address Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a sales and marketing automation provider, it is expected that we only import clean data. During a typical client onboarding, we expect 50 to 70 percent of the data to contain errors. With Melissa, we identify and correct a majority of that data, and this insight helps the client understand how important 'clean data" is to their direct marketing efforts.
