The thing that I have found the most inconvenient is the fact that there are updates that have to be installed almost every month or so. I wish that the frequency was a little lesser and that multiple updates could be consolidated into fewer so that we do not have to undergo updates and installs so often. We don't like that the license key has to be changed every year in the environment setting of the server. It is a real hassle and has caused outages when we forget to apply the updated key. What I dislike the most about the Melissa data suite and products is the hiccups that I tend to run into whenever there is an upgrade in sql server versions or upgrade in Windows OS. That there is no option to run a bulk batch on addresses from a certain date range, it only allows for a batch to be ran on all addresses or unvalidated addresses. We recently completed a migration of 50,000 constituent records to Salesforce and would like to just run on those created after August 2016 and exclude the deep historical data. I used Listware from Melissa Data. It was so helpful how the output showed errors in addresses at the click of a button. I struggled with verifying 7,000+ physical and mailing addresses, and Listware made this so easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
