It's really tough to get a hold of customer support or sales when you have questions/issues. Once reached, customer support certainly helps to resolve issues/answer questions, but getting in touch is quite difficult. This is something they could greatly improve on. The process is clean, simple, accurate and economical for quick information assembly. This worked directly, although a bit of 'learning' to find some of the buttons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, nothing comes to mind! It has been quick, and will need some decoding of fields and abbreviations. Using the EXCEL interface seems quite workable, and adaptable. Of course, costing is always a concern for a small independent business office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
