What problems is Melissa Data Quality Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to take raw data files that have First & Last names combined and it splits them out. It does a great job even when there are husband/wife listed in one field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without any experience whatsoever with the product, we were able to login, upload a list in the system, map our fields, choose what we want appended, and got our results within minutes. We looked into about 5 different companies and although most of you would like to hear me say their data is better than others i took a second look at them because they have live tech support and their on boarding person took the time we needed to get started.
