What do you dislike about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

We had data format issues and due to stringent deadlines, those couldn't be fixed, due to which some of the processed are MD side are manual. It would have been great if there were automated solutions for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Melissa Data Quality Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Melissa Data Quality provides a fast, reliable, and simple service to validate and update customer information and data. We maintain a fairly large database of constituents who we regularly send mail to. What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

Melissa Data Quality Suite is available for all of the countries that we need. We originally used Linux server objects (which had to be built) for performance. About a year ago, we switched to the web services because performance is at the levels we need. No more building objects and bi-monthly server updates! Excellent developer docs, too. What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

I was glad to see the address data is super accurate. I was having trouble parsing bulk address data, and this software helped my clean up the data & export it in a useable format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first I had some trouble activating my tokens when I created my account online Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Melissa Data Quality Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was struggling to find a way to fix my large CSV files with unparsed address data and no delimiter, I spent hours trying to manually clean up the data, until I found this software and used to to clean my list & output a usable address file. It actually solved my problem, and now I don't have to spend days sorting through my data! For that I am very greatful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

Its price was one of the key reasons we decided to try this software over the competition. Its performance seemed quite good for the price, and it was.

It is a simple-to-use software with excellent results. For example, it barely takes a couple of clicks to perform the entire debugging process.

Checking thousands of emails is done with just one click and with a process that takes very little time.

I like that it places the correct data in one list and the erroneous data in another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

The current functionalities are pretty good, but I would like to do deeper searches. I could help make manual debugging simple in support of automatic debugging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tend to have to clean up the data we collect from our customers because we receive a lot of information on an ongoing basis.

Previously, the cleaning process was a nightmare for our staff, who had to spend too much time on this task. The results help me not spend time or money on campaigns that reach the wrong emails.

What do you like best about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

The quality of the address validation suggestions is very good. Almost all the time it is very responsive to provide validated address suggestions. This has given us very accurate address data to correctly charge tax 100% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Melissa Data Quality Suite?

The address validation is very resource intensive. We tried the "web garden" configuration but ultimately ended up building our own COM wrapper and managing address objects manually.

Some addresses end up hanging the validation software and we have had to add custom exclusions to ignore them.

Updates are time consuming, because of our processes, so keeping it up-to-date is very expensive. A mechanism to auto-update would go a long way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
