It always works and is very easy to set up. I use it every month or two and have had a great experience with customer support as well. **What do you dislike about Melio?** Not sure if this could be lowered but the fee is 2.9%. It is a standard fee. I can't think of anything else I dislike. **What problems is Melio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of my business vendors do not accept credit cards. We give our clients the option for ACH for free, or to pay the % fee if they want to use a credit/debit card. And if a payment fails, the customer has to contact support. The only time you have to pay is if you are using them to mail checks and even then you are only charged per check you mail. You get two free meals checks per month! **What do you dislike about Melio?** The only real complaint I have is the lack of integration. Another great feature is most people can have their checks directly deposited into an account once they finish the setup. You can also have a check mailed if you only need to send a vendor a payment once or twice a year. Also, you can pay employees or vendors from your checking account or a credit card. This is a handy feature. **What do you dislike about Melio?** The average turnaround time is three business days on a check. If you want it quicker, you can pay for a quicker service. On auto pay it takes a few extra steps to get this set up and it's not always easy to see how to do it. **What problems is Melio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have to allot of problems with this system. We ended up dropping this tool after a couple serious issues - plus even simple ones, including inability to get help on validating a vendor address in their system so we could use their service to pay them! **Recommendations to others considering Melio:** It's the way things always should have been. The only cost is if you send more than 2 checks per month and the layout and speed of payments are great! **What do you dislike about Melio?** I really can't say much about things I dislike. Melio has done a lot of work on UI/UX which has made it better. I wish there was a better way to bulk upload payments but other than that, it is a great platform! **What problems is Melio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paying all of our vendors monthly without it being exorbitantly expensive while also making it simple for me without too many limitations. Whereas my bank's ACH will take 1 day, Melio tends to take 2-3 business days, which can equate to over a week in some cases. I also like giving vendors the option of getting a direct deposit or a mailed check. customer service has been very responsive on the many chats I've had to make. **What do you dislike about Melio?** When my vendors make a mistake, it takes a little while to rectify (e.g. the vendor gives Melio the wrong bank account number and the payment fails and they've already taken the funds out of my bank!). Also the report export is hard to find (even though I do it every month; I just can't seem to remember where it is. I think there should be a way to get there right from the main menu or top bar. Recently, instead of checks, I'm getting Melio payments from the vendors I've been sending my Melio payments to. **What do you dislike about Melio?** I've been using them for almost a year now, and the best I can come up with is when I accidentally hit "Save and Send Payment Now" instead of "Save and Close", I can exit out of the next page and have to back page multiple times. Yes, when I screw up, I have to click a button multiple times is my 'complaint' **Recommendations to others considering Melio:** Two years ago I asked our bank why they could do BillPay with a check, which requires them to print a check and pay for postage, but an ACH transaction costs them nothing. For the BillPay, they hold onto the funds for a few days to make it worth their while, so why not the same thing, but ACH? Nope, they aren't doing that. ACH requires a fee. A year ago, I found Melio. So now I'm doing the hundreds of thousands of dollars of payments I'm processing every week with them, instead of the bank. I feel like I manifested them.
