What I appreciate most is that Talenta is not just an administrative HR system—it covers many of the operational details that HR teams actually deal with on a daily basis, particularly in employee records, personnel administration, time management, and payroll. For employee records and personnel management, Talenta helps us maintain employee information in a more structured and centralized way. Instead of relying heavily on separate files and manual records, we can manage employee profiles, employment information, organizational data, and other HR-related records within one platform. This makes it much easier for HR to maintain data consistency and retrieve employee information when needed. The time management and attendance features are also very practical. Employees can manage their attendance directly through the mobile application, which makes the process much more convenient for both employees and HR. From an HR perspective, having attendance and other employee information integrated into the same system also reduces manual administration and makes monitoring much easier. One of the strongest features for me is definitely payroll. Talenta takes its payroll functionality seriously, and you can see this from the level of detail available in the system. Payroll components can be managed in a structured way, and the system supports the various calculations and adjustments that HR needs during the monthly payroll process. This is particularly important because payroll is one area where accuracy and reliability are critical.
