Some reports and analytics also feel limited, so I still need extra manual work at times. **What problems is Mekari Talenta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mekari Talenta helps to streamline HR administration that used to take a lot of manual effort. It reduces errors in payroll, attendance, and leave management by automating the process. Employee scheduling is also much easier to manage, especially for monitoring shifts and ensuring proper coverage.
