What do you dislike about Mekari Qontak?

The uploading process take a little bit long time. So when you upload tons of data, the process take long time and you can not continuously refresh, because it gonna be error. What do you like best about Mekari Qontak?

What do you like best about Mekari Qontak?

I've been using WABA from Qontak for about 2 months and it's been very useful for me. Blasting messages have been so much easier for my team, it's also efficient because with only one account WhatsApp you can access many devices and agents, like in our Faculty, since we have 5 administrators, so they can just log in with 1 account only. What do you dislike about Mekari Qontak?

I think the Qontak system would be awesome if they update some of the features. I'm pretty sure the system will run smoothly after improvement. Hopefully, we would not find the lag/bug on the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
