What do you dislike about MindMeister?

Would love to be able to use asiidoc or markdown in the text entries; at the moment you can define that an entry is bold/italic/or some other stuff but is all or nothing. E.g.: Being able to make only certain words bold would be very useful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I love the mind maps"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

MindMeister is amazing. It’s such a fresh software that makes everyone feel open to share ideas. Mindmapping is such a necessary part that is involved in the process-making of every project, and this is a software that involves the sharing of ideas and combines it with the task management part of it. I feel that MindMeister offers good collaboration tools that are complete and interactive, which means that everyone can participate, have their opinions and share them with everyone else. For example, when we need to create something that involves a person from another department, we can easily share with them the thought process and they can evaluate it before we proceed to do anything else. There is also the fact that this is a cloud-based software and I can access to every mind map wherever I am and edit it right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

The functionality of the mobile app is not at the same level as the web app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sort out thoughts and derive actions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

It works accrossed all platforms… you can give access to others even if they have no subscription which allows easy collaboration when you need it. Export and timeline functions are great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

Graphics could be a bit more refined… mindmeister always starts at one point but sometimes it would be nice to have several. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is a mind mapping tool that helps us to capture, develop and share our ideas visually."
5/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

It is a completely web-based tool. It allows to plan projects, manage meetings and sketch out business plans online with colleagues in a short time. It easily allows users to edit mind map formats. By using cloud storage, we can create presentations. It allows us to store information than just words. It is easy to use on tablets and computers. It generally offers unlimited possibilities by which it becomes an ideal tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

It is difficult to use this application on mobile phones. The interface of MindMeister only has basic features. It is a thousand timeless powerful than another Microsoft. The attachment can be added but only if limited size is acceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use Mind Mapping Tool with Powerful Features"
4/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

Simplicity, there is no need to read a manual or lengthy set of instructions if you are moderately computer literate. They have a generous free plan that allows you up to 3 mindmaps. If you need more the pricing is quite reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

Really not much to dislike, it's easy to setup, offers true mind maps, organizational charts, and other features you would expect to find in a mature product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mindmapping online for team sharing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

Sharing plans and ideas for business strategies regarding business plans and marketing solutions. Also the team creator is a great option - the roadmap in connection with the map tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

The creator generally works good on the desktop on mobile devices of course for the smaller screen the visability is not the greatest, for that I think they need a other way to sort the single tasks better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great tool for capturing Chatbot flow dialogues"
5/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

Mindmeister is an easy to use tool for designing and documenting Chatbot flows. I like how easy it is to create a visual representation of a dialogue and then playing it in Presentation mode for my customers so they can see visually how their customers will interact with their content. Miindmeister is also perfect for ongoing documentation of a dialogue flow as you make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

I don't see a down side of using it. I do wish it could 'crawl' through my bot automatically and document it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mindmeister planning tool"
4/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

Very easy to use - the tool doesn't get in the way of the process; critical for visually mapping. Organize and arrange maps easily - even create submaps with links back to the top. It works with Microsoft Teams. The paid version offered the ability to export to PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

Resizing images cab be tricky as the edges are tough to grasp, the interface could be more visually appealing but the functionality is most important. Printing large maps on a single sheet is tougher than it needs to be. There is no free license for educational institutions or schools. The more complex your mind map is the more difficult it is to work with it. There is no desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prioritize and sort out all of your work"
4/5
What do you like best about MindMeister?

If you have a billion things going on, MindMeister helps you to track what you have completed and what you need to do through flow charts so you can show how your projects relate. If you put in a deadline, MindMeister reminds you that you need to do something through an email. Super convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindMeister?

Although MindMeister says reminder emails, I sometimes forget to log back in to update that I have completed a given task. There can be a little bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use MindMeister at first but I got used to it pretty quickly and refer back to my MindMeister periodically. What do you dislike about MindMeister?

Sometimes there is latency issue when the mind maps are too large and complex otherwise it is a very good tool and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
