After speaking with Kostis about needing extra help using Megaventory he has really stepped up to the plate. He has gotten back to me with changes within an hour and I am highly impressed and grateful. The system isn't the easiest to learn on your own and the support articles are just overwhelming; but Kostis and Demitris have been doing a great job at helping with my questions. **What do you dislike about Megaventory?** It's not very user friendly and can be pretty confusing. Whenever something goes wrong I am stuck until Kostis or Dimitris helps me. **What problems is Megaventory solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to know what our on hand inventory was at any given time and to be able to scan our products in and out by serial numbers. **Official Response from Dimitris Athanasiadis:** > Thank you for your review!
