We use Megaport, and it has proven itself to be scalable, agile, and most of all, easy to use. Whether building or planning global networks, the product makes it very easy to evaluate cost, latency, scope, etc., on a per-location basis. When we deployed our infrastructure, it was very quick, and integrating it into our platform was ridiculously easy.
One feature that has been a blessing even on the self-managed cloud routers is route filtering (you can filter by peer as well). I think they just introduced packet filtering, too. You can check the route and BGP tables to make sure any work you've done is doing what you expected. The logs are easy to read, and there is graphical information on traffic, too.
In terms of responses, when we've had the odd outage, they're quick to get back to you on their portal.

The best part of Megaport is how fast and flexible it is to deploy new connections. We can spin up virtual cross connects to different cloud providers or partners within minutes, instead of waiting weeks for traditional circuit provisioning. The only thing I dislike is the cost of long-distance intercontinental transports, which can be relatively high compared to traditional carriers. However, I understand that their service is mainly designed for flexible and fast interconnections rather than dedicated long-haul transport, so this is not really a limitation but rather a consideration when designing solutions.
