I wish that Megaport just had more capacity. Specifically, at the site we're using, 100 gig ports were not available. Although we're not using that much bandwidth currently, having the option to upgrade would be preferable. Being in a small data center with a limited market makes it harder for Megaport to justify adding this capacity. Choosing a more popular site might have averted this issue. Megaport's ability to deliver their product, with diversity, quickly and with a minimum of overhead in terms of time spent "interacting" with either Megaport people or processes allowed us to complete our project in time, in budget and with significantly less "angst" than other providers.
