MegaHub CRM is CRM and dispatch software built for auto transport brokers. It brings the whole job, from the first enquiry to the final payment, into one system, so a lead becomes a quote and then an order without anyone retyping a VIN. Leads from web forms, provider feeds and phone enquiries land in a single queue. MegaHub removes duplicates by email and phone and routes each lead to the right agent by route or source. Agents can send quotes from their phone between calls, see which quotes were opened, and follow up on the ones worth chasing. Once a customer books, they sign electronically with legally binding e-signatures that meet the E-SIGN Act and UETA. The dispatch board has six stages: New, Quoted, Dispatched, Picked Up, Delivered and Paid. When a dispatcher moves a load and assigns a carrier, the dispatch sheet, the bill of lading and the customer update follow automatically. Customers get a tracking link, so they always know where their vehicle is. Owners and admins see margin, conversion and agent performance on one screen. They can edit role permissions themselves, manage commission plans and payouts, and reconcile with QuickBooks. MegaHub supports single sign-on (SAML 2.0), enforced multi-factor authentication, and encryption in transit and at rest, plus an API for teams that want to connect their own tools.
