They are simple to use interface and easy to post new job openings, great to manage schedule, drag and drop makes it easy to integrate.

We don't really have anything we dislike about them but I wish it was less expensive.

Mega HR is really our favorite tools for Hr. It has advanced features and has been really helpful for HR department. It save time that we initially spent in posting job ads. Also it help in finding the right candidate that are real people.

Mega hr ATS is a great product built by staffing industry veterans for the staffing industry. it is ready and out of the box or yuo can tweak it to fit your needs and workflows. it has a good UI and great support team.

Easy  to navigate, the hiring status intuitivity and the time off requests are easy to submit or retract. the integration with other benefits platforms work well.

Overall, arguable one of the best HR platforms I've used. i appreciate how easy it is to review and manage time off requests, make amendments to time cards, and the overall integration with other benefits platforms.

Having Megan (AI assistant) has revolutionized my hiring processes. She is able to weed out unqualified candidates automatically and provides helpful insights into candidates she shows to me.

Megan is fully aware of my whole hiring process and understands the context of the positions I am hiring for.

It is not as feature complete as more established products, but the team is adding new features every day!
