As our studio’s digital asset compliance lead, its EU-located file library is the standout advantage by far. I can build multi-level permission groups to block junior designers from viewing confidential unreleased product prototypes, which drastically cuts internal data leakage risks. The automatic tagging function maps every sketch and render to our copyright tracking logs, producing audit-ready records that pass our yearly DSGVO compliance checks without extra prep work. The one-click archiving tool also saves me a huge amount of routine labor; it sorts hundreds of industrial drafts and renders automatically instead of me manually filing every single project file each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mega Creator? The biggest workflow bottleneck is the total absence of two-way native sync with our professional CAD modeling suite. Every time our industrial design team revises prototype 3D files, I need to export and upload renders manually, eating up several hours every week during heavy project phases. There’s no batch editing feature to adjust UrhG retention periods for multiple drafts at once, so I have to open and update each file individually—an extremely repetitive task with our large archive of past client work. Standard export outputs don’t match the official formatting German copyright auditors require, so I always have to rework documents in Illustrator afterward. The mobile interface also locks us out of complete historical sketch archives, making on-location client presentations far less flexible. I’d also welcome pre-built export templates optimized for UrhG audits, full mobile archive access, and automatic reminders to delete expired client design data per DSGVO storage limits. Before adopting Mega Creator, all our sketches, prototype renders and proprietary client concepts were split between local hard drives and overseas cloud storage. This setup created major copyright violations under UrhG and GDPR localization breaches, plus tracking down scattered assets for compliance reviews would take multiple full workdays. Now all creative materials live centralized on EU servers. I can enforce consistent access permissions across the whole design team, and the automated archiving system eliminates our old disorganized, non-compliant file storage entirely. It is very user friendly, Even a firstimer can use the app easily.It is often cloud based, you do not have to spend time and space in you pc downloading various addons. Being mostly cloud oriented, We need to always be connected to the internet to be able to use it to the full potentia, If you are a frequent traveller this could be a annoying problem. Though it gives us a number of temples and designs but the number of such options is limited, for being an app that is subsctiption focused this could be a factor to consider. Photo Ccreator is fast and reliable, even when working with large files or complex designs. Vector Creator is easy to use and user-friendly. I mean, you don't need any knowledge about designing to use this app. It has a vast library of free illustrations which we can explore to boost our creativity and create our art impressively good. We can only use and edit illustrations they have already given us in the library.
