MEGA.AI is a deterministic voice AI platform for inbound and outbound customer calls in regulated industries, with a focus on lending and debt collection. It automates conversations such as right-party contact, identity verification (ID&V), promise to pay, in-call payments, disputes and the detection of vulnerable customers. Unlike generative voice agents, MEGA.AI uses large language models only to understand what the caller says. Everything the agent says is wording the client approved before go-live, so each call follows the client's rules and can be audited step by step. Callers can ask for a person at any point, and calls that leave the approved journey or show signs of vulnerability are passed to a human agent. MEGA.AI serves lenders, collection agencies, BPOs, banks, utilities, telecoms and insurers. It runs alongside the client's telephony and contact centre platform and connects to its systems through APIs. The company is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, 27701 and 42001, audited under SOC 2 Type II, and a supplier member of the Credit Services Association. Its PCI DSS assessment is in progress. A first journey typically goes live four to six weeks after contract.
