I like how it keeps appointments organized and is fairly easy to read the appointment book **What do you dislike about Meevo?** There are so many things to learn and so many different ways you can do one thing. It is a very complicated system and takes forever to learn **Recommendations to others considering Meevo:** Use training version and practice a lot because it is easy to make mistakes **What problems is Meevo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not solving problems with Millenium. I’m just using it to book appointments and ring up clients ### 2. Gets the job done but a lot of glitches **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Cosmetics | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2018 **What do you like best about Meevo?** What I like about millennium is that it’s easy to use and direct. **What do you dislike about Meevo?** What I dislike Is that it freezes a lot, it’s very slow and there are way too many glitches. **What problems is Meevo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m not solving any business problems, the benefits are that it’s easy to train new employees to use it but it takes a long time to solve something with IT ### 3. The database is huge! There's a tremendous amount of information and reports available to use. **What do you dislike about Meevo?** Not intuitive at all! Very slow! Not productive. The system is 20 years old. They've promised a new touch screen, cloud based system for years! so far ... nothing! They have the WORST EMV integration imaginable. They obviously did not beta test. **Recommendations to others considering Meevo:** Spend money on developing a new software and for goodness sake, Beta Test before rolling out! **What problems is Meevo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure management of client information, a fast and efficient register system.
