And the basic account provides all of the essential engagement features you'd need to run a successful workshop. Compared to other options, this had the most robust feature-list for the free account. **What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?** It can be a bit slow at times rendering results or when you use it through your Zoom platform. I struggle to know if participants can see the same screen as me. I'd say sharing results is the most difficult thing I struggle with, I sometimes skip to the next question too soon. **What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me increase engagement during live workshops, making them more interactive and less boring. I was looking for a solution to the problem of boring presentations and this was it. ### 2. I also find that it is easy to join a room if you do not already have an account **What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?** It was not as seamless as zoom for instance. I think because individuals are used to zoom there was some user lag for using the features. This would suggest this over other platforms but still room for improvement **What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to for users to join virtual meetings. I already mentioned that it is more accessible for the price when looking at the credential cost for zoom. We actually moved exclusively to slido since the pricing made way more sense to use as a production company. I wish there was some sort of plan for single use that was more cost adventageous **What problems is MeetingPulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a livestreaming platform and it was great that we could embed it on our site next to our player. People really liked the reactions and the data we get out of it. ### 4. The engagement also allows for developed KPIs to measure performance **What do you dislike about MeetingPulse?** I don't like that it has a different add-on to Zoom feel, and you have to monitor the chat so that people can turn their questions toa. different platform.
