I spent 20 years at Intel, where conducting 'Effective Meetings' was a company value everyone was expected to follow. Unfortunately, Meeting Decisions wasn't available then. If it had been, planning, running and following through effectively on meetings would have been vastly easier and higher quality for all concerned.
The thing I like best about Meeting Decisions is not any single feature. Rather, it is the elegant way in which the various components of the product work seamlessly together to make the life of meeting organizers and participants more enjoyable and productive.
As Andy Grove (Intel's most famous CEO) often said: "If you're going to take everyone's time to hold a meeting, you owe it to the company to conduct the meeting effectively." Andy is no longer with us, sadly, but if he was, I know he'd be singing the praises of Meeting Decisions. The licensing model needs some additional flexibility. Those who merely participate in meetings exercise less of the product's capabilities than those who organize and manage meetings. The licensing model should reflect that distinction, especially for 'guest' participants in meetings (in a Microsoft Teams setting). That's a minor complaint for most organizations, though. Decisions has been a really useful tool for our organization, helping us with task allocation, decision tracking, and managing meeting minutes. The platform is fairly easy to understand and use. Its integration with other platforms has streamlined our workflows, made accountability easier, and boosted our overall efficiency. Not so much disike.. but I would like these features:
• The ability to write A and B minutes for the same meeting
• Integration with Loop for writing notes – similar to what you have for OneNote
• In my opinion, the decision log is not working effectively.
• In addition to the main log, I would like the ability to send decisions directly from Decisions. Perhaps there should be an option to create a private template where the decisions are merged into the organization's letter template, and then it can be sent to the recipient. Typically, this could be a unit that is granted funds for a purpose, or a new hire where the manager needs to send an offer to the person being offered the job… etc.
• The ability to sort in the decision log
• The ability to clean up the decision log (delete duplicate entries)
And finally. The ability to carry over cases across multiple meetings if there are still issues that need to be resolved. This is particularly relevant when there are multiple people reporting from customers to the administration and the case cannot be completed. Decisions are not only easy to use but also easy to customize. This is always for standardization across our department when it comes to creating agendas, keeping minutes, tracking decisions, and creating tasks that need to be used. It is excellent to send a recap right after the meeting when it is still fresh in everyone's mind of what happened at the conference. The AI component is easy to use and very effective. It allows for easy implementation and integration across teams and individual meetings. Daily use is a must to increase efficiency and productivity. Customer support has been nothing but helpful and supportive. James was able to answer every single question I had during the meeting and even emailed me back quickly when I had an issue. You can tell that he wanted this tool to work for our company and is willing to assist with customizing it for our organization. All I have to say is, where has this been all my life? You can easily get structured meetings with high efficiency for the whole team. Minutes from meeting, decisions and follow up tasks is easily created.
It's totally integrated with Office 365 and Teams, so it's easy to start using Decisions. I have implemented the solutions in two organizations I have worked in, and the people love to have this feature in their Office365 environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They have developed the solutions in a great way since I started to use it in 2018. In the start not all functionality was present in private teams channel. Now, it seams that they have a closer collaboration with Microsoft, so new features in Teams are supported at the same time in Decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That is integrates so easily into Teams, and it is so easy to use there. The menu structure is intuitive, and it is something colleagues and external partners can align with very quickly.
The collaborative nature of Decisions, allowing all participants to update their own agenda items, suggest new ones and remove out of date ones really makes the job of the meeting facilitator much easier.
New new AI meeting review is fantastic. It creates a very accurate summary of things that were discussed in the meeting, it can even identify tasks and followups and suggest who it thinks is responsible for them - I was so surprised at how spot on it was, but also very easy to update and correct, as we are a bilingual team, so dropping things in using a different language can be a challenge, but a quick edit and my meeting summary is done in 5 minutes instead of 45! Having a method to track agenda items, recurring agendas, central decision documenting especially for long-running projects where these might easily get lost, and a super useful AI for meeting note, decision and task summarization! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moving agenda items between meetings is incredibly useful, but cumbersome to do through the UI, as you must take action in both agendas to do so

The best part of decisions for me is the ability to catch up on missed meetings. When fully configured and using all the AI features, Decisions is able to create accurate fullsome summaries of meetings and then send them out to the meeting participants. It takes content from the meeting transcript, notes from the minute taker, and the agenda to summarize the meeting, create tasks for participants (automatically imported into Microsoft Planner) and key take-aways. At this time I've not encountered anything that I dislike in the product. It I HAD to choose one thing it would be that it 'IS' possible to break agendas if a user pokes around in dark shadowy places in the product. When viewing your own OneDrive, all your meeting files are available to view. There are also a few important system files that need to be kept. Perhaps an file named !!! 'Don't delete any of these files in this folder' would help. In the event a user does this, support can easily fix the probilem for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Decisions helps me provide meeting minutes that are sleek and organized. It helps me to organize and track decisions and follow up items by creating action items directly into microsoft planner.
