MeetAssist is Global Agent Studio’s meeting agent. It joins your calls, transcribes them, summarizes what mattered, assigns tasks, and surfaces the action items so nobody has to take notes by hand. It works with Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. You connect your account once, it joins the meetings that are on your calendar, and everything lands in a personal dashboard. Meetings are stored encrypted, broken out by topic, and you can filter by speaker or export straight to Slack, Notion, or HubSpot. Teams using it report cutting note-taking time by about 90% and saving around 31 hours a month. Nothing important gets missed because the full transcript and summary are always there. Sarah Kilmer, Director of Operations at BrightMedia, said focus during strategy sessions has improved a lot and her team finally gets the follow-ups she used to forget. There’s a free trial and setup takes a couple of minutes. Everything stays in a secure, compliant vault.
