Meeting.ai is the unique AI note taker: it is designed for people who are visual types. Every meeting tool gives you a transcript and a text summary. Meeting.ai gives you those too, and then draws the whole meeting as one picture. The feature is called the Visual Note: every time a meeting ends, alongside the notes you get a one-page infographic in a hand-drawn style, generated automatically when the recording stops. The main topic is sketched at the center; decisions branch out with small drawings; action items carry their owners and dates; open questions are flagged in a corner. One meeting, one picture. The page your team will actually reopen, and the one you paste into a channel instead of a memo nobody scrolls. Beyond the notes, Meeting.ai is your all-in-one AI agent for meetings and work. Record on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or in person straight from your phone, no bot, no meeting link. Then put the meeting to work: the agent keeps going even after you close the app, turning what was said into slide decks, documents, spreadsheets, sourced research briefs, and podcast-style audio summaries. Installable Skills extend what it can do, from presentations to websites. Live transcription covers 106 languages with speaker labels, the interface speaks 14, and your calendar can auto-join scheduled meetings. Your meetings, files, and preferences are private to you. Free to start.
