"Meetings that makes sense now" 5/5 What do you like best about Meetinch? Meetinch really changed not only the way I organize or run meetings but also the way I feel about them. I literally ENJOY my meetings that are powered by Meetinch. My TOP features: 1) Superclear meeting requests. I'm a lover of clarity in all the processes in my life, and those meeting agendas made by Meetinch I send out and receive from others are awesome! Clear, straight to the point, and unambiguous. I always know how to prepare for the meeting and what's expected from me. 2) Centrally stored meeting notes. It's such a pleasure - I open the Meetinch web app via my browser and see my whole calendar, planned and historical meetings with meeting notes and tasks. No more such thing as "Where did I wrote down that task from the meeting?" (which actually was pretty common for me in my life-before-Meetinch). 3) Off-topic button. As much as I love details and going "deep", there's a point when it's just too much. At these moments OFF-TOPIC button in the Meetinch app is a great yet polite way to interrupt the speaker and move back to the plan. 4) Historical To-Dos has absolutely changed the flow of my recurring meetings. Automatically generated meeting summary that I receive in the email after each one looks great for Gmail users but a little hard to perceive for Outlook users. What problems is Meetinch solving and how is that benefiting you? 1) Meetinch made our meetings matter - now it's not just a chit-chat or team gathering but actually performance- and result-oriented meetings 2) Improved personal skills as a meeting organizer 3) The level of accountability in the team is much higher as Meetinch allows to collaboratively work on meeting minutes and record all the tasks and decisions 4) It's faster and easier to find the information or decisions made during historical meetings 5) Meetinch indirectly works as an educator, changing the habits everyone in the team plans and runs meetings.
