I've been using MeetGeek for several months on the Pro plan, which includes six months of video storage. However, I recently discovered that some of my recorded meetings from July were removed due to "automated retention." This was incredibly frustrating, as these recordings should have been stored for the full six-month period.

When I contacted the support team to resolve the issue, the response was slow and unclear. Despite providing proof that the recordings were from my account and not shared by others, I encountered delays and confusion. Many of my videos were deleted, contrary to the claim that the retention period is six months. This has been a very disappointing experience, wasting both my time and resources. The platform was very easy to use, from installation to configurations. However, what I liked most, and what I see as a difference in the other 4 platforms I tested, was the quality of the information that came in the summary email, after the meetings. All other platforms direct you to the page within the website to access complete meeting information. At MeetGeek, all relevant information comes in the email itself, and this action for a CS team, which is constantly sharing information with customers, is very relevant and makes access to this information much easier. For me, the biggest difference was in the packages, with the limited number of hours that could be recorded. Unfortunately, with a CS team, we have many hours of daily meetings with clients, meaning that no package other than unlimited will suit us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
