We paid up to access features we needed, but they didn't work without speaking with customer service/tech team. (I'm still waiting for a key feature to work correctly after 2 weeks, for example) Plan tiers also don't really help small businesses who can't afford some things, but need the extra help. There are a few quality of life issues that should be addressed. For example, it would be much more convenient to quickly add existing users to a team using a search or autocomplete feature, rather than having to type out each user's full email address to add them to a group, especially when they are already present in MeetGeek.
