It was really easy for me to link Meetgeek to my Google Calendar so that it joins all of my meetings. It sits in the meeting as a participant and records + transcribes the entire thing with a high degree of accuracy. It also provides a summary after the meeting, which you can tailor based on certain key words or a meeting agenda, which is really cool. One thing I found unique about Meetgeek is the analysis of the meeting - it tells you how many participants there were, what the speaker sentiment was like, and which keywords were used the most throughout the meeting.

At the end of the meeting, you get a summary emailed to you, with a link to view the full thing, which means I don't need to go searching afterwards, which is helpful. The summary also includes time-stamps on each of the summarised items, as well as action points.

I've used a couple of these meeting recorder tools, and Meetgeek's summary + action point list are the most accurate.

There are several automation features that I'm yet to set up that seem great for those who are looking to use that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

a) It joins the meeting as a second braind that means you dont need to remember and jot things down.

b) Automated AI Summary being sent in inbox, making it easier to go through different aspects of a meeting.

c) Makes it easier to take decision ( specially on sales calls)

After trying almost a dozen meeting recording/assistant/transcriber Meetgeek is truly superior in nearly every way. The identification of voices functions well, much better than the others tried. The meeting insights, summaries, takeaways, next steps are put together excellently and with total accuracy. The automated features that came even with the free version were also excellent. For our team this has been a game changer, allowing us to optimize our time and also distrubute information with quantum speed. For a fast growing organization like ours, Meetgeek is a non-starter for us. It also is the easiest out of the bunch to integrate with our calendars and various vidoe modalities too. The paid versions which would benefit our startup are a little expensive. However, they offset that by offering a startup discount which makes this possible for organizations like ours starting out. One of the most helpful things about Meetgeek is the ability to attend a call without being on the call. I can have a colleage take the call when my time is tied up and I will get a full breakdown of what happened and next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, very effective at capturing the content of the meeting, easy to implement and integrate with my email. Love being able to watch the recordings at faster speeds and the actual transcript is very helpful when creating reports. Have had good interactions with customer support, who is very friendly and helpful.

Really haven't found any real downsides. However, one suggestion would be to be able to have one Meetgeek account for multiple email addresses - today, I run meetings from various emails and either have to have a separate Meetgeek account or invite the email that has the Meetgeek account. Using meetgeek has changed my process of how I am able to truly engage in meetings. I use this for work daily even in person meetings now as well being president of my local community board and using this tool to transcribe our meetings to create meeting minutes. AND I love the email summary after the meeting, most of this time this recaps the main points and is spot on. I love not worrying about missing taking notes in a meeting and being able to have a real conversation and give my full attention. I have tried other AI notetakers and none that I have used compare. Sometimes, it fails to join meetings that are scheduled at the last minute.

Also, would like to be able to have it join on Teams Calls. It does it for Teams Meetings, but if someone calls me through Teams, I have to set up a quick meeting if I want Meetgeek to join. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meetgeek.ai is now an essential member of my team! It automatically joins my meetings, takes notes, records the video and audio and then parcels them together to create a full transcript of who said what and when; even better, it overlays the video with captions which makes playback and revisiting past meetings even better.
